NT Now’s COVID-19 & Travel Restrictions Change of Date Policy
We are prioritising those currently travelling or scheduled to travel within the next 7 days. If your travel date is beyond this window, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible about your requirements. If you are due to travel with us, please fill in the contact form below advising us of your requested changes.
In recognition of the Australian Government’s travel restrictions and as a result of the increased spread of COVID-19 globally, the following options are available to you if you are in a Covid-19 hot spot as described by the NT government on this linkhttps://coronavirus.nt.gov.au/travel/quarantine/hotspots-covid-19:
- You are permitted to make 1 date change plus any additional charges imposed by the operator for bookings for 12 months from your original travel dates.
- In the instance where you are unsure of when to change to, we can hold credit until you determine your new date of travel.
- The date change is also subject to any additional fees that come with the new date.
- The package is non-refundable.
To assist us with re-organising your travels, we kindly ask that you refrain from calling the office and that you fill out the booking form below with your change of date request (if you are travelling within the next 7 days, please specify this in the additional information field).
